Why these changes matter

Liveline® 2.6 is a build-quality release. The improvements above are the kind that are invisible in a feature comparison and obvious after an afternoon of use: less correcting, less searching, less re-doing.

Time is the real metric

Most teams that adopt Liveline® are replacing a process where a 3D or 2D layout takes days and depends on a specialist. Each release that shaves minutes off repetitive actions compounds across dozens of quotes per year. That is why our release notes focus on interaction details rather than headline features — the details are where the hours are.

Equipment you actually use

A layout tool is only useful if it contains the machines you sell. Alongside your own imported models, Liveline DIREQ™ gives you a growing library of real industrial equipment, so a line can be assembled from recognisable components rather than generic blocks.

Upgrading

Nothing to do. Liveline® updates continuously, existing projects open unchanged, and your team keeps the layouts and assets it already created.

Release history

Version 2.6 follows 2.5 and is followed by 2.7, then 2.8, 2.9 and 2.10. The full history is on the updates page.
