What this version means for your team

Liveline® 2.7 belongs to the series of releases focused on removing friction from the everyday build. The features listed above share one goal: fewer steps between opening a blank project and having a layout you are willing to put in front of a customer.

For sales and application engineers

The practical benefit is being able to work live. When placement, editing and library access behave predictably, a layout can be built during the customer conversation rather than after it. That is the difference between replying the same day and replying next week — and in competitive quoting, it is usually the difference between winning and being second.

For engineering teams

Every layout a sales team can produce on its own is a request that never reaches the engineering queue. Design resources stay focused on projects that are actually progressing instead of drafting speculative concepts.

How Liveline releases work

Liveline® is a continuously updated platform. There is nothing to install and no migration to plan: when a version ships, every user is on it the next time they open a project. Existing layouts keep working exactly as before.

Release history

2.7 sits between version 2.6 and version 2.8. Read them in sequence and the direction is clear: faster layout building, a richer equipment library through Liveline DIREQ™, and better output for customer-facing proposals. The complete list is on the updates page.
